How do I order confections?

Please complete the form on the "Orders" page and I will contact you within 24-hours.  You are always welcome to call me, email me, or message me through Facebook.

 

How much are your cakes and confections?

Each item is made-to-order and is based on a serving size and fluctuates based on cake flavors and design requests.  For sculpted items, gum paste flowers, or the like it is based on length of time needed to create said piece.

 

How far in advance should I place my order?

The earlier the better to ensure that there is availability but no less than 2 weeks before your event.  If you are needing a confection with less time than prefered please contact me to see if I can help meet your needs.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, please be sure to list that when  you complete the form on the "Orders" page and I will give you a quote.

 

Can I visit your shop?

I don't have a store front but you are always welcome to pickup your order by making prior arrangements or setup a private confection lesson.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

I accept cash and credit cards in person or you may make a payment through PayPal.

 

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to order confections or book a private lesson.  Once you confirm your order a PayPal invoice will be sent to you.  Balance is due in full two weeks prior to delivery or pickup for confections and before the class starts for private lessons.  If you have any questions please contact me.

 

Do you offer cake decorating classes?

Yes, I offer private lessons for individuals or groups.  I also offer decorating parties for adults as well as kids.  If you contact me I will create a class customized to meet your wants and needs.  Please do not pay until we have discussed and finalized the details of your class.
